No use of LMV's logo or other artwork will be allowed absent a trademark license agreement.

Payments must be made using a valid payment card. Debit or credit card payments are processed using a third-party payment processor.

LMV does not warrant that product descriptions, depictions, colors, dimensions, ingredient lists or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Descriptions or images of, or references to, products do not imply our endorsement of such products. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to change such descriptions or references, to change the prices, fees and charges associated with any Service, to limit the order quantity on any Service, to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order, and/or to refuse to provide any Services to you.
Verification of information applicable to a purchase may be required prior to our acceptance of any order.
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please keep this email as it is your sales receipt and order confirmation for products ordered and will include your order number. The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or confirmation of an agreement to sell. LMV reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered and LMV reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). Certain orders constitute improper use of Services. LMV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. All order fulfillment emails will contain a contact email address which you should use to contact your veterinarian or customer support if you require additional information about orders, pricing, products, services, accounts or passwords. All orders shipped by LMV are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a shipping carrier. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier. Products will be shipped to the address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete and complies with any shipping restrictions contained on the Site. The time and location of delivery of the Products to you is at the discretion of the carrier.
Subject to applicable law, shipping, return, and exchange of any Service purchased from LMV will be governed by our Shipping and Return policies. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to change our Shipping and Return policies at any time. We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of products we offer. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is wholly accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered through our services is not as described, your sole remedy is to return said product in unused condition. PLEASE NOTE THAT PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS MAY NOT BE RETURNED, AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL PER STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law:

Notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy of any kind, neither LMV nor any of its Representatives are responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages or liabilities under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any manner to the content, services and/or any linked website or application, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages or liabilities. Your sole remedy with respect to websites and applications and/or any third party sites is to stop using the LMV websites and applications or the applicable third party site, as applicable. LMV’s liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise arising out of or relating in any manner to the websites and applications shall be the total amount paid by you for use of the websites and applications. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you and in such case, in no event shall LMV’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed fifty dollars ($50) or the amounts you have paid to LMV through applicable website or application in the prior twelve (12) months and all products in dispute must be returned in new/unused condition. We agree that any claim between us must be brought within six (6) months of the event(s) giving rise to such claim - i.e. purchase.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold LMV and its Representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from your breach of these Terms of Service, any allegation that any ideas or other materials you submit to us or transmit to a LMV website or application infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and/or your activities in connection with the Site.
Subject to this Section, these Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect while you use our Services. We may (a) suspend your rights to use our Services or (b) terminate the Terms, at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including for any use of our Services in violation of the Terms or if we believe you are younger than 18. Upon termination of these Terms, your LMV Account and right to access and use the Site will terminate immediately. LMV will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any termination of these Terms, including for termination of your LMV Account or deletion of your User Content.
The provisions herein related to our intellectual property rights, User Content, acceptable use, disclaimer of warranties, indemnity, limitation and liability, and dispute resolution, including individual arbitration together with any other rights and obligations which by their nature are reasonably intended to survive such termination, including the end of any other aspect of the relationship between you and LMV, including your decision to stop purchasing from LMV or the cancellation or end of any participation in any service, program, or promotion offered by LMV, will survive any termination of these Terms of Service.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is for any reason deemed invalid, unlawful, void or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms of Service, and the invalidity of the provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Terms of Service (which will remain in full force and effect).
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and LMV and governs your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and LMV with respect to the websites and applications.
