Gabapentin

Starting March 1, 2025 new reporting requirements will impact how we are able to dispense gabapentin.

• We can dispense up to a 48-hour supply of gabapentin directly from our practice.
• The remainder of the prescription will be sent to our online pharmacy partner, Covetrus Pharmacy(their online store is branded as Local Mobile Vet through our partnership).
• You will receive an email from Covetrus to arrange fulfillment and pay them directly.
• For subsequent prescriptions, you have the option to set up autoship with a discount.

Gabapentin is often used with other medications for the management of certain types of chronic pain. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your veterinarian.
